Facepalm. I never said Superman could move planets. And NONE OF BUU'S ATTACKS HAPPEN AT LIGHTSPEED! BUU WANTED TO KILL KIRBY, NOT ABSORB HIM! Ugh, why can't you just accept that Buu lost? And to the guy above me, all feats are inconsistent. You wouldn't nerf Shulk just becuase you don't always see him reset universes, do you?

You said Superman benched pressed a planet for 5 days with no sunlight. Bench pressing an object, by default, is being strong enough to move it. And yes, Buu's attacks happen at light speed. Maybe not hand to hand combat, but his energy attack that turns you into chocolate is that fast. Akin to Frieza's or Cell's Death Beam (a technique that only but the strongest could detect, see, and subsequently move out of the way in time). Has Kirby demonstrated the ability to do Rapid Movement on his own (as in, without his Star)? No? So how was he able to dodge light speed attacks by just looking goofy at them?
And Buu wanted to kill Kirby, not absorb him? Buu absorbed every enemy! He absorbed Fat Buu, when the evil side came out. He absorbed Gotenks. He absorbed Piccolo. He absorbed Gohan. He absorbed the Kais. Why was this not shown, but Kirby got to absorb Buu? Absorption is, technically, Buu's main power, but it was disregarded, but Kirby got to use his main power.

Buu didn't absorb Vegeta or Goku. He absorbed Gotenks, Gohan, Vegito and others when he was losing. He may have done this to Kirby but, as Kid Buu, his most powerful form, he didn't use that strategy. Kirby wasn't worth the time and effort. He would just as soon destoy the planet and that was his downfall.

He didn't necessarily only absorb when he was losing. He was never in trouble of being defeated by Gotenks, as he eventually started to just toy with them. Then Mystic Gohan came in and started beating the brakes off him. Then, Trunks and Goten refused and Super Buu absorbed them to take on Gohan. After he beat up Gohan, he absorbed him too, so Goku couldn't fuse with Gohan with the earrings. Vegito let himself be absorbed. That's why I didn't list him. But other than that, he absorbed enemies after he already beat them down.
And I wouldn't say that absorption wasn't a strategy, as Kid Buu. How do you think he went from Kid Buu to Fat Buu in the first place? You got it. Absorption. Really, now that I think about it, that's all that's really needed. If Kirby sucks you up, you get sent to another dimension. Buu can rip dimensions. But when Buu absorbs you, you're just stuck in his stomach (not some alternate reality/universe/dimension), defeated. I really am confused why Death Battle didn't show this.
