I lost my 700+ HOURS Pokemon X SAVE FILE!!!!

Basically I spent October 2013 just playing pokemon randomly and stuff with my best friend and batteling, but from November until April, all  I did was basically EV training, IV breeding, and leveling up my pokemon.I first started by searching for a good website to trade in and offered 48 BP items for a 5IV Pokemon; I got thousands of BP, literally. After collecting many of pokemon, I started breeding and trading them for more pokemon and items. Basically any pokemon that seemed good or I had interest in, I basically got it.

Less than a month ago, I wanted to play a couple of Pokemon matches and get ready to play Pokemon ORAS....... but i couldnt find my 4GB memory card that had my Pokemon X save file in it; i had my 16GB one in it to play Smash Bros.

I had a the save file on my PC, still have it, but when i redownloaded the game and put the save file it didnt work. Dont remember the message it said exactly but it recognized that there was a save file but cant be read.

So what the hell should i do now? I have been watching Pokemon wifi battles ever since and I really miss pokemon :'( I think it will take a lot of time to breed all my Pokemon again with all their egg moves and stuff,so I have no idea what should I do. I also dont have my 6IV Ditto anymore.

EDIT: I did look for the memory card everywhere and still no luck. I always leave it in my 3DS's pouch and was very surprised when it wasnt there. I will look again after my finals, HOPEFULLY there will be more luck. Dont think i will find it though. Searched the entire room several times.

would say check places that sd cards fit into, Wii, digital camera, pc card readers. it has to be somewhere, did you lend an SD card to friends with movies/files on it for anything? When I was missing one of my SD cards with files for my course on it it turned up inside my Wii so... just check around, I know they're small but 700 hours is a lot to lose down the back of a couch :) gl mate.
