I look at Iwata like he's just a spokesperson rather than the man in charge. Whenever he steps down, he should stay a public figure for Nintendo Directs, conventions, etc.
Nintendo's biggest problem causers are the people in charge of marketing, and f**king PRODUCT NAMING!
