It's on the front page of Serebii. Much info isn't known about it, other than the CoroCoro hinting to a release of the special third edition to Diamond and Pearl releasing this year in Japan. Since no one has mentioned this before, it might be the version which features Giratina to obtain. Serebii also had released info on the 11th Pokemon movie showing a new form of Giratina called the "Origin Form" (which is serpentine and elongated), which could mean that this form of Giratina might be available in the new version.
I wish they would stop hinting Johto within D/P and just remake it for the DS.
