I think they can do it. NYG is on a slow and steady improvement. I'm wondering if it will save Coughlin's job. I was so disappointed with him earlier, I didn't understand the idea of changing the dropback timing of a SB-champ QB, in fact, I still don't agree with it. You can run a different offensive scheme without changing something so fundamental and basic. Eli is not a child, he can do what you tell him, but if you screw with the timing too much, it can cause problems.

Anyway, Beckham is the most exciting player of the year. And I think he sees the end-zone at least twice next week. Rivalry games in the NFC East are almost always played at balls-out crazy effort in December, and with the NYG having a chance to get revenge for their first game, I don't think they have anything to hold back. That game will be their equivalent to a Superbowl, a way to exit the season on a high note. The fact that the deadskins just torched the Eagles makes it all the more exciting and possible for them.

NYG 33, PHI 20

It really comes down to if Eli is given enough time to throw. Eagles have a good run D and decent pass-rush, but their secondary can be easily exposed if the front-7 doesn't disrupt the pocket enough. I don't know how good Nolan Carroll is if Fletcher is bench warming for next week's game, but Beckham can easily pick on Williams.
