Well, Nintendo have always had a smart and brilliant business model. They did have troubles recently due to the Wii U but they also have the goldmine that is the 3DS. They had a great profit last quarter. That should silence the haters really. Not that you should take them seriously in the first place.
And yes, The PS3 was too ambitious for its own good, but how Sony handled the situation was immersive. Hopefully Sony return to profit soon, not just the entertainment division (which was profitable last quarter). I like the quality of their products in general.
