I can totally understand Bethesda games but Bioware one's ?! 

Their usually pretty polished considering the lack of massive reports ...

Bioware is far better than Bethesda, but I'm just going personal experience. The Mass Effect series has always been a bit rough. To be fair, they're just smaller glitches, rather than a game breaking bug. Only time that happened for me is in Mass Effect 2 when Shepard somehow was standing on top of another character after a conversation. I wasn't able to get down or move away.
