Yes it will.
Game development is typically 2-3 years long. This means that a majority of all the 3rd party games out right now were planned and in development prior to the launch of the Wii.
Now that the Wii is the success most 3rd parties never saw coming, they are reallocating their efforts towards Wii. Recall last year when dozens of 3rd parties stated they'll now support Wii or even open a whole new studio just to support Wii. Well the fruition of that change of heart will be more apparent by the end of this year to early next year.
3rd party support for Wii will in time return the NES/SNES glory days.
