Why do sales matter? A lot of people here claim Last of Us was GOTG last gen but it got outsold by:

MK Wii
NSMB Wii
GTA V
Halo 3
Pretty much every CoD after MW
A slew of other titles

Besides CoD none of these games were dubbed unworthy, trash, cashgrab, rehash, idiotic buy or undeserving of release.

 

But I asked how many predicted the gotg would be outsold by filth TLOUR. I remember people having quite high expectations for TF and saying TLOUR would bomb.

 

And it is holidays so sales matter, remember?

not to mention halo 3 and most of the call of duty games have very comparable sales to the last of us (with the last of us having approaching 11million in sales

Don't bother he already said sales only mater when MS is ahead.
