The content's worth is subjective and considering how much whining there are across the internet about how people want "better" games for it, I m sure there are many people that dont think its worth it cause a # of the games they give aren't all that interesting in the eyes of many people.
And they dont really reward people for being loyal... Its part of the deal that people get for paying yearly for it.
And Nintendo does reward people for buying their games but others just give you games after u pay yearly for it instead of just buying games and again those that dont want to pay yearly will get heavly punished so no, not a win-win

Where did I say Nintendo has to carbon copy other companies? They should be inspired by other companies and then take an old idea and improve upon it with the magic of Nintendo!

Anyway, if u think they shouldn't do a subscription subscription service, then ur just being entitled again cause u want more free stuff on top of free stuff u already get in a free service. But okay, if Nintendo can do Nintendo magic and have a trillion dollars in the bank, sure why not
