To answer the OP, DQ11 would probably be way bigger on 3DS than MH5 on Vita, but MH would have more impact in Vita sales than DQ on 3DS.

The biggest meltdown would be YW3 on PS4 though.

It's definitely more than wishful thinking, there have been several signs pointing towards the game on PS4.
