I highly doubt Monster Hunter would do much for Wii U if it's just an updated MH4. On 3DS MH4+4G has sold like 5 million, the fanbase is firmly on 3DS and the Wii U,version would primary sell to the same people who bought Tri on a Wii U.
MH5 could potentially do some good but I very highly doubt Capcom would go along with releasing their biggest money maker on a console with such a low install base. Nintendo would have to give them more money than they make from selling 5 million copies of MH5+5G on 3DS for it to be worthwhile for Capcom. That's not going to happen.
