Looking at user scores all over the internet I doubt many people older than 16 are having fun. Granted, the majority might still be happy. Lol... :p

You might want to look up selection bias.

No, I think the user scores are too inflated even. 

They are neither inflated nor deflated. They are just not an accurate representation of the population.
