I bought it in France when it came out for the pc... all of my (bolivian) friends had already finished it :(
EDIT : Seriously, you go to the market, you get copies of american or japanese games, for 5 dollars if it's a DVD or 1 dollar if the movies have been chopped out and it fits in a CD
