Titanfall's lack of campaign will only really appeal to countries who have access to and love online multiplayer. There are many countries where internet is not a household item so that game won't really have the appeal as Last of Us. That being said, Titanfall has a more appealing online component than Last of Us so higher sales will be in countries like US and UK.
I say the Last of Us takes it just because it is a remastered (upgraded) version over its previous console's counterpart while Titanfall is the same game on both.
