Just a personal opinion. I wish Cyberconenct 2 used Ubisofts path (Rise of a ninja and broken bond) to make this game open world. Storm series games looks great but PS3 version (later Xbox 360) versions had too much loading. I dislike that walking type exploration. I would love to play in the open world setting like Ubisofts game.

Traversing the forests and landscape were the best parts of Rise of Ninja and Broken Bond. It made you really feel like a ninja.

 

Broken Bond exploration + Storm combat = The perfect Naruto game

Problem is that CC2 isnt that proficient.

I think they are. They just refuse to spend the resources and time needed to overhaul the exploration.
