Some other countries may have local distributors, but Nintendo doesn't really support developing markets very well. Also, whilst these countries may have large populations, the GDP per capita is generally low and the gaming market outside of PC gaming isn't particularly developed.
The countries with most sales in "others" will be the developed countries in Asia, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan. Remember, all of these countries have huge levels of piracy, so whilst HW sales may be significant, SW sales are far lower than in Europe & NA.
