the spirit of good taste isnt important to society, the freedom of art is.  and moral isnt something universal.

Art? This "game" is the definition of a murder simulator all those politicians like to classify all violent games as. Publishing this game is detrimental to the reputation of the entire industry.

And good taste is essential to any society and any man. It has become very hard for people to form good taste in the age of the internet.
