Good, good. No matter how untasteful the game is, it has the right to be sold. It's a slippery slope banning things, so I value freedom of speech very highly.
And just for the record, I'm not interested in the game. If I wanted a mindless shooter with probably average mechanics, I'd probably have something in my backlog already. And if I wanted something good at that, I might own that too. Serious Sam would be a nice bet.
