And guys... "Rest of the World" is subjective/personal. Some could say it is any country outside of US, or any country outside of Japan. It depends on the point of view of the person.

That's the problem, if we all start using RoW arbitrary it will bring chaos into already established convention what RoW is - so let's stick to what it's been assumed to mean for so many years.

And honestly, this US + UK thing, IMO, is quite silly to start with - unless UK miraculously sails off to NA, it is part of Europe.
