I'd like to see XB1 in ROW outsell PS4 in US+UK . Now that would be incredible. He is talking about PS4 minus US+UK outselling XB1 totals

He's not saying PS4 will outsell Xbone in two markets . He's saying that PS4s ROW (including Europe and Japan) will outsell Xbone, total, meaning US, UK, Japan, Europe, everywhere. PS4 (without factoring in the US and UK) will have outsold XBone's WW LTD. Take PS4s numbers, subtract US and UK, and it will still be higher than XBone's numbers, without subtracting anything from XBone, at some point in 2015. That's what the statement meant.

It's not that complicated.

You keep misunderstanding the point or you're intentially ignoring it. The fact that the graphs show that US and UK are important markets is true, but that was not the point. The main focus of this thread is how PS4's ROW sales are close to the X1's worldwide sales.
