Almost everyone has a PC that older games can be played on.  The majority of systems in place can't play the latest, most aggressive games well.  Halo 3 and a lot of the newer games are fairly demanding, system-wise.  I know... I used to do a lot of PC gaming, and I had to regularly replace or upgrade my system to be able to play the newer games.

Well you know, inspite of what you say... PCs as a system sell more games than any console.
