When Charlie was confirmed, he also confirmed that Gill, Urien and the Illuminati would be in Street Fighter V, due to the gem on his head. Gill is Jesus reincarnated as the head of the Illuminati. You all should remember him from Street Fighter III. As offended as people get now-a-days, I really do see Gill being the target of a new wave of rage.
But, one thing about it, Street Fighter III's popularity had been delayed, due to not including any Street Fighter II characters, originally, though, in the "2nd Impact" update, Akuma came along, and the more popular "3rd Strike" update brought Chun-Li. Then, most people figured out there was a Street Fighter III when Street Fighter IV came about. The other batch of people assumed Street Fighter games skipped odd numbers. And so, no one complained, because no one knew.
Gill hasn't been announced for the game yet. However, the gem on Charlie's head is clear indication that he's connected to Gill. Do you think this will be the next thing to get out of hand? Not just that, but, remember Gill wears almost no clothes.
