I know VGchartz over tracked it by like 200k for NPD but many on here including me believe it to be under tracked by around 400k previous to that. it's really hards to tell because they under tracked it for ages but now they have it over tracked for november. still under tracked over all IMO so I'm going to  say they will be 600k behind when it gets to 20M in real life.
