Yes it is bad, but Russia has always been like this.
Bolded part: What? Don't you remember 9/11? What about the first time Islamic fundamentalists tried to bring down the twin towers in the early 90's? Islamic fundamentalists also blew up a bus in London, attempted to blow up trains on the London Underground, drove a Jeep full of explosives into Glasgow Airport. It is stupid, ignorant and insulting to say that Bush did that.
