I might be a little on the conservative side, but Mario Kart didn't launch in Italy, Scandiavia, and most of the other countries that make Others. It only released in UK, Germany, Spain, Benelux and maybe an other county or two.
I don't believe it will sell 1 million in Others + Japan first week.
