If you want to get XV demo, you'll be able to find it. Type 0 will not be sold out quickly and there will be plenty of copies available for several weeks after launch. You'll just have to pay full price for it.

As I said above, you'll still be able to find it. I was able to find limited edition copies of FF12 in 2009 and 2010. You won't have trouble finding it if you want it. This can only hurt the legs, but it won't have legs because it's a JRPG. It's not there isn't compelling content without the demo.
