People who argue about that matter would not buy the console anyway. This idea of dropping the gamepad basically is enforced by people who hate anything and everything Nintendo does.
Yeah, this should stop by now. The console is on the market 2 years now and many games make excellent use of it. Nintendo also proved that the use of the touchscreen is not mandatory, it´s just another option to interact with the games.
Dropping the gamepad is tottally nonsense by now. But a bundle with a Pro Controller (like that ZombiU bundle) would be nice
