I'm simply going crazy over the new Zelda for Wii U and I've gone on a youtube raid to watch what I can about it. I happened to also see an article that was published on September 7th that claims to provide knowledge of the game and it can be found here:

What's interesting is, some of the information, posted many months ago, has been proven true with the VGA showing of the latest build, or latest to our knowledge, build of Zelda Wii U. An interesting tidbit in the article describes that there are combos for the gamepad which seems a bit far fetched but might actually explain Link's right handed orientation in the demo.
Much like Skyward Sword was edited and TP was edited to fit the American audience which is primarily left handed. The article also states that the Bow and Arrow would play a major role in the game and only one item could be set as a main during gameplay, which can be seen in the demo as well. The fact that the item icons on TP and OoT still were visible while riding Epona and on the demo, the only one visible was the bow is also interesting.
Hey, take it or leave it. Is there any truth behind this article, now that more info has surfaced? Seems promising to me. I wish I could go into a coma and wake up when Zelda U releases...
