Yes it is, worst part is that if its a lot overtracked in the US and its been overtracked a lot in the US before, just inmagine how bad it is the rest of the world where we will never see corrections cuz there are no official trackers.

Oh yeah row numbers are insane!150k,just 30k difference with ps4...
