In a declining genre where open world sandbox gameplay comes as standard with virtually every racing title, it actually feels rather refreshing to return to a classic track-based game like DriveClub.

and to think,.. only last year when forza 5 was launching track based games were still cool.  it's funny how cyclic these things are.  i wouldn't be surprised if by next year when forza 6 is releasing no one will give a shit about open world racers again.

You know that Forza 5 scored way lower than its mainline predecessors? What do you want to tell us? I am really tired of all these agenda driven agenda posts regarding reviews.

Let´s not forget GT6, although players seem to have forgotten.

There has been a trend on low scorrig racing games in the past two years, DC and The Crew are just the lowest of them.

I think by now it's clear that reviews are a lot lower than they were last-gen and DC got low reviews not only because of it not being open world. Dragging a different game into this discussion is of no use here, especially when exaggerating the score the different game got. This is sounding like reviewers had a bias for the other game while there is no actual proof of this theory, yet many want to see this and I don't know why.
