You're correct, that is an absurd statement you chose to put in quotations. It's funny how I NEVER SAID THAT, though.
You do realize that Zelda isn't a hill climbing simulator, renowned for it's realistic depictions of hill climbing, right? Terrain differences in a Zelda game are mostly aesthetic and don't affect the core gameplay that much. And this still doesn't refute that sailing the Great Sea and travelling the new Hyrule Field are going to be functionally similar to the travel and pacing of Wind Waker as it will be in Zelda U.
