Will PS4/XB1 be more front loaded than PS3/360?

Together both the PS3 and 360 sold around 170m. I expect both the PS4 and X1 together to sell a similar amount, but the PS4 will obviously sell much more than X1. And with the Wii U doing so poorly, the console market will significantly shrink this gen.
