Such hypocrisy, I don't even know why I'm suprised. Phil Spencer specifically talks about partnering and funding the game in some way. 

the difference is that tomb raider sold more on ps3...almost 40% more.

Total on ps3 and 4 is 3m retail

Total on x360 and xb1 is 1.9m

That's a huge difference.
