That's strange. Why don't you delete your credit card info from your account and enter in the details again. I use my visa and have no problems adding money. 

It's not really that I have problems adding money, I just thought it was weird that they only let you add those specific amounts. But I was informed by the_dengle that if you try to purchase an item with insufficient funds, you can add the specific amount you need. Thanks for the help though! :)
