Well they couldn't be assed to bring over the first game so apparently too hard for Squeenix is the correct answer

Well, I can kinda understand with the first game since SE want even sure if it was going to be successful in Japan, let alone the world. After the massive success abroad though, there is absolutely no excuse for not having a simultaneous WW release.

Ah well, still very hyped for it, but waiting an extra year is hard
