Persona 3 Portable only removes the extra FES content (30 hour sequel to Persona 3), but contains all of the changes that FES brought to Persona 3. I would play Persona 3 Portable over P3 FES on PS2.

Like I said, don't have a PlayStation Network account.

Sounds rough to register for that free service.

I only got this PSP a few months ago, yeesh.
