I think it's pretty clear that the hair on the left side is hidden in the shadows, this is why you don't see any of the problems it has...
The rest is lighting, there are certainly not less "details" (unless you talk about different scratches on Drake's face... which would be strange because you are showing two different sides to his face, and well in the teaser he just got out of the mud and probably some big ambush, so he has to have more "details" in the form of dirt and scratches, my guess is this is later in the game).
Anyway, look at the full teaser (high wuality on gamersyde) at the end he has an exchange with his brother, if these are not the best models we have seen so far, I don't know what will impress you...
