I'll reserve my judgment until I see more. I sincerely hope they add more to the world.

It already seems like there's a lot in the world. It's just that what they featured was horse travel. You can see places of intrest everywhere. Even in the trailer, there's a fort-like area, a bunch of watch towers, what looked like a stone cottage (on the lest when Link first gets on the cliff), a water fall, what looks like a shrine  or temple (after Link lands an looking down the mountain side), a lake, a small house (literally a cenimetre next to the aiming reticule in the scene where they first introduce the arrow), some sort of pillar, a giant stone archway that looks man made leading to something, and a volcano. That's just from things I recognized. The only way you could think it's barren is if you aren't looking for anything.

Also, the entire second half of the video, from the moment they head towards the "dungeon like area," they just run in a circle, as the pathway Link travels to get to that area is the exact same one leaves the area from and again ends up in as he is followed by the horses. They showed a lot less of the world than people think, and there was still a bunch of things to notice. Aonuma purposefully avoided going to those places, aside from the area with the Bokoblins, obviously.

Well, I hope you are right. And I do think Nintendo will be listening to feedback anyway.
