Zelda U, Star Fox U, and I assume a sequel to 3D Land or perhaps a big IP revival for 3DS that comes out of nowhere. Won't get my hopes up for anything METROID related, not unless that's what Next Level has been working on since Dark Moon... who knows.
Pokémon Snap 3DS would be pretty cool.
