Zelda U (same time frame as Smash U) along with perhaps a more "party game" or "family friendly" type game... Mario Party or someone mentioned an Amiibo hub type game, if they could get a good game that heavily interacts with Amiibo out next year (possibly with a 3DS equivalent since it gets NFC next year) then that and Zelda woupdm be a great combination for the holidays.
I think Zelda U will be late and possibly with release date left up in the air like Smash U was this year, because it will take a lot of work to get finished but at the same time Nintendo will realise it must make it out in 2015.
