The hair was hide in the shadows in the first pic.It's probably the same hair but the night shadows + moonlight was giving a better look.Different lightning can cause better or worse IQ,that is my point. look at watch dogs at night rainning and compare with daylight no rain.It's a totally different IQ.

It's not about lightning, the difference in quality is clearly visible. and yet again, neither correspond to the actual ingame graphics.
