the ONLY way to turn pity smashes off is NOT to put items on NONE but to turn the ITEM smash ball off completely..and THEN change the appearance to none..as long as smash ball stays ON pity smashes WILL happen
*cough*noobs*coughs* ^^ lol no offence, im just kidding..it took me about..300 brawl hours to find that out >_
