Yes bc the currency contributes to that, also the fact that the UK has oone of the most open capitialistic markets in Europe.
But the Pound is at record lows versus the Euro. You dismiss the UK because the dollar is weak, and then dismiss it because the Euro is strong, you can't have it both ways.
