From what I keep hering Capcom have money issues, so I guess they need to take these kind of deals (MonHun-Nintendo, SF-Sony, DR3-MS) if they want to even make the damn games.

No they won't. Those who would be interested in an X1 version wouldn't ignore the game completely now. They'll just buy it on PC or PS4 instead. Have to imagine the hype from it being a console exclusive would make up for the difference.
