Will the Wii U only have 1 Zelda?

Likely, it will have the same amount as Wii (unless they make Hyrule Warrior 2)

Wii = Twilight Princess, Zelda Crossbow Training, Skyward Sword
Wii U = Wind Waker HD, Hyrule Warriors, Zelda Wii U

 

Next gen Zelda will likely start development when Zelda Wii U is finished.
