No this is not true, they also do a lot of great things but no one is perfect. However  this needs to be fixed and public outcry works.

They do everything to satisfy the big companies like EA, Ubisoft, Take Two and Activision. They couldnt care less about indies unless one of their games sell like Minecraft, then theyll shell out the cash...
