That is my main problem with the issue. Legalized racism took place until just before I was born. Too say it just up in disappeared all of a sudden is shear stupidity. I have experience it directly. I still remember when my parents were looking for a house and my mom called about it and it was unavailable. My dad called in his "white guy" voice on the same house and got appointment to come look at it. That was right around the time in my life that I realized equality was just an ideal.
