Will MCC be the best Halo game once all the issues are fixed?

Wait! The game is not fixed yet? Yikes, this is kinda unacceptable imo. I decided to wait until they fixed the problems, plus I had to buy Pokemon and Smash. I was going to pick this up next week, but now I will wait a little longer.
