I know that. I'm saying console gaming is here to stay however much PC ports get better.

Yeah, but someone is saying that a person may buy a PC meaning most multiplatform games wont matter to them when buying a console, meaning Wii U would have more of an equal chance.

You'd see that happen if that statement were true, yet people are buying PS4's and X1's over WiiU's, in droves in PS4's case.

There's waaaaaay more variables involved rather than this though, so the sales of each console and the statement being true dont have to be related at all.
